The self-finding nock

Never lose
another arrow.

Twenty measured yards of signal, then your phone clicks you to the exact blade of grass. Eyes on the ground, not on a screen.

SERIAL-NUMBERED FIRST BATCH · EARLY PRICE LOCKED · ONE EMAIL A MONTH, NO NOISE

You’re in. Watch your inbox for your flight number.

20 yd HONEST RANGE · MEASURED IN GRASS

On the hardest arrow we own, an aluminum shaft lying flat in the field.

[ · ] gr WEIGHT · PUBLISHED AFTER WEIGH-IN

The scale writes this number, and it goes here the day it exists.

Sealed NO BUTTONS · SWAPPABLE CELL · BUILT FOR WET

Wakes on motion, sleeps from the app. The battery loads through a sealed twist-off door.

EVERY NUMBER ON THIS SITE IS A MEASUREMENT. WHEN WE HAVEN’T TESTED SOMETHING YET, WE SAY SO.

How it works

From shot to hand in three steps

1 · The shot wakes it

An accelerometer inside feels the launch. Nothing to arm, nothing to press, nothing to forget at the truck.

2 · It calls out

The tail flashes and a radio beacon starts, pacing itself so the battery lasts the search.

3 · Your phone walks you in

Signal strength gets you to the neighborhood. Audio clicks speed up over the last yards, so your eyes stay on the grass.

The last ten feet sound like this. Clicks quicken as you close, like a Geiger counter with your arrow at the center.

Built to be trusted

It keeps working, even without us

No account. No server.

The nock speaks standard radio. Our app is the nicest way to listen, never the only way: free scanner apps that already exist can hear it too. If AstroNocks disappeared tomorrow, your arrows would still call out, and you could still find them.

Measured, on video

Range, weight, battery: every number we publish comes from a test you can watch. When something is untested, the site says so instead of guessing.

Pays for itself

One lost arrow
runs $40 and up.

Shaft, broadhead, wrap, and the hour you spent tuning it. Our price lands at reveal, and joining the Founders’ Flight locks the early number.

The data tier

The same nock, as an instrument

APP PREVIEW · IN DESIGN
Roadmap · ships after the finder

Measured arrow speed. Shot counts per arrow. A tune score for every shot, at real distance instead of six feet of paper.

$10 a month or $100 a year, when it ships. The finder stays free forever.

Straight answers

What forums will ask

How far does it reach, in plain terms?

About twenty yards of signal, measured on an aluminum shaft lying in grass, the hardest case this product will ever face. Then audio clicks walk you the last stretch. Terrain and trees change everything, which is exactly why we publish the worst case instead of the best one.

Is it legal to hunt with in my state?

Target archery and practice are unregulated everywhere. For hunting, roughly thirty states appear to permit an arrow-mounted transmitter and about a dozen prohibit it. We keep a dated state table so you get a straight answer, and the final word always belongs to your state’s current regulations.

How long does the battery last?

We have not finished the endurance test yet, so we have no number to sell you. The design goal is simple: asleep until handled, awake when it matters, searchable long after the shot. The measured number goes here the day the test ends. And the cell is replaceable: twist off the tail, drop in a fresh one. Spare batteries will be sold right here.

Does it fit my arrows?

Designed for 5 mm and 6.5 mm class shafts with a one-piece stem per class. No universal adapters, ever, because adapters wobble and wobble ruins arrow flight.

Will it survive my bow?

Proving that is the whole point of the test program. Foam targets first, then real shots at real draw weights, all on camera. Nothing ships until the nock takes shot after shot and keeps calling out, and Founders’ Flight members watch those tests as they happen.

What happens if AstroNocks goes away?

Your nocks keep working. They broadcast standard radio, so free scanner apps that already exist can hear them, with or without our app. There is no account and no server, and the beacon needs neither.

When does it ship?

When it passes our own tests, and not before. Founders’ Flight members watch every test as it happens, including the ones that fail.
